I’m Michael Pick. Here I am, with jetlag:

I take pictures, animate stuff and experiment with motion pictures at night (read – the small hours).

And make videos at WordPress.tv by day. Sometimes I swap the two around.

I am inspired by Dadaism, Merz, noise, field recordings, candid street photography, collage, the photo-roman, nouveau roman, film essays, automata, animation brutal on the eye but kind on the heart, cinema in the hands of those with interests that transcend popcorn sales, my wife, myself, and blue cheese.
